Built by a pastor who got tired of spreadsheets

I'm Donnell Wyche — Senior Pastor at Ann Arbor Community Church, where I've served since 1999 and was ordained in 2004. I grew up in Washington, DC, earned my B.A. in Computer Science from The College of Wooster, and started my career as a Solution Architect at IBM before answering the call to full-time ministry.

For over 25 years, I've walked alongside congregants through hospital visits, grief, celebration, and everything in between. I've also built technology tools for ministry — including CareNote (pastoral care management), Prayetic (guided prayer meditation), and Directee (practice management for spiritual directors).

Church Dashboards brings both worlds together: a pastor who understands the weight of leading a church, and an engineer who can build the tools to help carry that weight.

The why

Why I built Church Dashboards

After 25 years of pastoral ministry, I've lived the same frustration that every church leader knows: your data is scattered across a dozen systems and none of them talk to each other.

Seven logins, most Sunday nights. Attendance in Planning Center. Giving in a separate platform. Pastoral care in CareNote. YouTube analytics on YouTube. Website traffic in Google Analytics. Financials in QuickBooks. And somewhere, a spreadsheet someone made three years ago that everyone references but nobody updates.

Seven tabs open, and I was still asking the same one question: "How's my church?" Every time, the answer took an hour of pulling reports and guessing at what they meant together.
