Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, but we may issue a discretionary refund of your most recent charge if you reach out within 14 days of billing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Church Dashboards and these Terms of Service at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, violations of these terms, or any other breach, with or without prior written notice.

We strive to provide consistent service, but Church Dashboards is offered "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free experiences. Occasionally, we may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies.

Church Dashboards includes AI-powered features that generate insights, summaries, and recommendations from your church data. These features are designed to help you make informed decisions about your ministry.

• AI features process only the data within your Church Dashboards account and connected integrations.
• Your data is not used to train external AI models.
• AI-generated content is provided as a convenience and should be reviewed for accuracy.
• You are not required to use AI features to use Church Dashboards.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Church Dashboards connects to third-party services (such as Planning Center, YouTube, Google Analytics, and CareNote) to aggregate your church data. By authorizing these connections, you grant Church Dashboards permission to access and process data from those services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Church Dashboards (a product of Digital Lighthouse Designs, LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes will be handled in Washtenaw County, Michigan.
